This Service supports queries covering a range of routine HR issues. We will provide clear and timely advice via a personalised service. • You will receive rapid response to queries submitted from a variety of sources: email, telephone and text. • You will receive a termly newsletter and updates in education law and employment law to keep you abreast of current developments. • We are committed to ensuring that you are equipped to deal with any HR situation that arises within your school by providing pragmatic advice and guidance. • Questions on complex issues requiring detailed responses eg capability, disciplinary, restructuring etc will be charged at the HR Advisory rate. All charging mechanisms will be fully explained before any consultancy advice is provided. Our advisory staff are CIPD qualified coupled with extensive experience in the specialist field of education HR and general employment relations.
